Government Approval - Purchasing Services
Through our predecessor firm, Innovative Architecture and Design, and partner Mike Fenimore, FRK has many years of experience in business and government relations in the TCI. This work has included consulting services to secure approvals through the review process, as well as purchasing services to manage the importing, delivery and installation of furniture shipments large and small. The firm has recently secured plan approval for The Toscana, a 120 unit, 8 acre, $75M project now under development on Grace Bay. Under purchasing services the firm is coordinating the refurbishment of all guest rooms at The Sands Resort also on Grace Bay.
