Concept Presentation and Feasibility Studies
FRK can provide assistance in the very early planning stages of a project. The principals are experienced in helping clients present preliminary concepts and develop planning and feasibility studies. Such work has included artist renderings and story boards of themed entertainment projects such as Jekyll and Hyde restaurants; prototype design and brand identity development of newly launched retail concepts such as Bassett Books/Waldenbooks; and development brochures for several new coffee bars and retail food chains. We have provided elaborate studies for real estate development projects that include site, code and zoning, engineering, marketing, legal issues, construction, and cost feasibility analyses.
